    Tonights Pictures

Well, here are my latest. These are current as to earlier tonight. Thank you all for the kind words. To answer some questions:

    - Mostly diet, exercise to lose the weight

    - I did use Myoplex, Methoxy Factor HP (EAS), and protein, multi vitamin

    - From the before pic (265 lbs) exactly 1 year later I lost 87 lbs and firmed up a lot. Got bodyfat all the way down to about 9% at one time.

    - Some minor stretch marks remain, but skin is pretty firm. Guess I got lucky. I will consider the surgery to remove the other ones (resurfacing is what I think it is called).

    - ENraged, hit it hard and keep going man!

You're right! That's kind of funny.

Again, thanks to everyone for the kind words. Hopefully others in my situation either as a member or guest of the board can use these to help them. I feel I have a long way to go still, and hopefully the M1T cycle will help.

That is f*****g amazing work mate! And you've got hell of a back on you if you ever did juice, that would be massive, but it's already hell of a size (not intending to encourage use of AS you understand what you've done naturally is amazing).
