hello i am new to this forum and i am looking for advice from all of you novice users i am looking to get cut i know that winny is the best cutting agent. could someone give me a cycle plan on how much to take for how long and what to use after the cycle such as an anti estrogen i need advice please. i am always open to advice and willling to learn i appreciate all of your advice thank you very much!!!!

You not going to have very much luck asking bros to put a cycle together for you.

Do some research and come up with a proposed cycle and a good PCT and have specific question and youll get all the help you need.

cutting begins with your diet and workout regimen first - no steroids needed for that. i'd click your way on over to the Diet Forum and check out the Workout Forum too. get a plan and stick to it. if you're not satisfied then you can start drinkin winny.

i do have a good diet i have cut out all beer soad sweets and fast food i am pretty good at dieting and try to run at least a mile a day and drink a **** load of water throughtout the day i try to eat lots of fish or chicken

Yeah check out ronny's thread, and also when asking any kind of advice list your stats, training experience, cycle experience etc. Take your time and read the board, dont rush into something without doing the necessary research
