Ok lads, ive sorted my sh*t out. So here it is, my revised diet plan :
Meal 1:
Scrambled eggs (6 eggs) , 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 oatmeal bar
USE EGG WHITES AND USE REG OATS
Meal 2:
Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
FINE
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, 1 cup Rice, with cream based sauce
MAKE THIS PRO FAT

2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies

Meal 5:
2 Scoops Whey Protein
2:1 RATIO CARBS:PROTEIN, EX. 80G DEXTROSE:40G PROTEIN
Meal 6:
Chicken Breast, Brown Rice (or noodles or pasta with cream based sauce )
FINE, I DONT KNOW IF THAT CREAM BASED SAUCE HAS FAT IN IT, IF NO DONT USE IT. THIS IS PRO\CARB MEAL, NO FATS
Meal 7:
Lean Protein of my choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
FINE
Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein,
ADD A TBLS FLAX
I stole a few ideas from another thread but changed some things around to suit my own tastes and as I used to be a chef I have a vast knowledge of sauces to use with my meals.
I also plan on cutting out most of the junk food I eat.
