i caved in on my diet today... but instead of having last weeks cheat day (5 cheeseburgers, half a pizza, 2 sandwiches, and a family size bag of peanut butter cups)
i had 3 chicken cutlets, and 1 stuffed pepper! i'm learning to control myself and not binge, and am getting great results, and just wanted to say thanks to the bros that helped me. **** works great now i've got it tweaked based on your advice!!!
(plus i'm starting my clen again 2 days early tomorrow, and throwing some t4 into the mix, so i think i'll shred up real quick now)![]()
