    be nice please

    i got two moore months to bulk up then i might start my cutting diet.i would like to bench 450 .
    stats
    weight 238
    height 5'11
    becnh 420
    deadlift 505
    age 18 teen

    Have you done any cycles? I could be completely wrong but it looks like you have a little gyno..

    The gyno could be natural or it's fatty tissue. It could go away when he cuts.

    the gyno its natural i had it since i started working out.if you check my older pics on this forum you can see the gyno.as for football i was thinking of doing a walk on for the tampa bay bucs in a few years.i just need to get a faster 40.
