any one here had a problem with them. i thought they had a god reputation around here i went ahead and placed an order an i never h\got my stuff never had money withdrawn form my account and never got a reponse to my email. they seem to have good prices but, i can't wait for them to come through any longer i need my supps, so i guess i'll go somewhere else.

i never had a prob , they were out of nectar flavor i wanted and a sales rep called me and email'd me on what i wanted to do
with the order , ive always had great service from them.

Their website needs a lot of work with its search engines and product descriptions but the company itself in my opinion is one of the best. The website ordering kept me from placing a few orders but Ive never had a problem with delivery or payment.

If there was a problem, we have never heard of it. Please feel free to call the toll free number and get this straight. We would never NOT process an order if it came in ;-) Anyone who supports ASN supports the board. That is why the prices are so low. Give us a shout and we can tell you if we have a problem or if it didnt come through. We dont let orders come in and NOT go out. Bad for business LOL

yea i placed my order over the internet and got a recipt and a confirmation email. but then after that nothing. NO product and no cash withdrawl and so i emailed them and they never got back...mmmm...i was suprized. i'm gonna give them a call

ok i talked to them and they had canceld my order because i didn't give them all the info they need. they should have a least emailed me again and told me there was a problem, but i got it all cleared up now.....i hope.....we'll see if my stuff shows up.
