Go to the diet forum, hit the "search this forum" button, type in "cutting", and there is 1,000,000 or so threads regarding it. Most of them include diet and supp. ideas.

Creatine isn't very good while cutting, will just make you bloated.

But it will help you maintian your strength will taking in a deficit of macro's you should have. Neglecting the water weight you will still be cutting, your still burning fat.

I love creatine for cutting, it keeps my strenght up when im on restricted calories. I dont mind having a little more of a "full" look, some call it "smooth" but any time ive come off creatine , with in just a couple days, i notice i dont look as "fat". The smooth look isnt permanent, so feel free to supplement with creatine while cutting. Keeping your stamina up some will only help you acheive your goals in the end. Id just watch out for the brands loaded with sugar. But if your burning more cals than your are taking in in a day, I think youll be ok.
