    How much Mestanolone should I take Daily weekly and how long thanks in advanse for the info

    50mg /day is a good place to start bro, 4-6 weeks in duration

    I wouldn't go any more than 50mg ED. Split the dosage up 25mg in the morning, and 25mg in the evening before training.
