How much and when to take Nolva?

I will be finishing a 12 week cycle of Prop, CYP and EQ soon and I need to know how much Nolva for PCT. Also how do I take it?

Thanks Guys-I dont want to take clomid though. It makes me break out with Acne really bad. I heard that Nolva wont be as bad?

I doubt its the clomid making you break out. More likely it's the change in hormone levels.

Every cycle I have done with clomid PCT I broke out with severe cist acne. The cycle were I didnt do any PCT I got very little acne. I would rather lose my gains than have cist acne all over my back and chest.
