This is my first post to this site and i hope it will help me.

I know everyone is going to rip me for this but i am not the biggest eater so i will be relying on a lot of protein powder (mixed w/ whole mile).

I am happy with the fact that it will boost my apitite but I also do not want to take more than I need.
