Do I really have to take Nolva during my next cycle? I am still new at this and have only done 2 cycles. What does nolva exactly do anyway?????

No, you dont *HAVE* to but it's advised, especially if you're gyno prone, some take it to prevent gyno, others dont as it can decrease gains by a small amt,

anyway if you dont want to run it throughout the cycle make sure you have it on hand so if gyno signs start you can start using 40-80mg/ed until it goes

Gyno means gynocomastia which is feminisation in males. Testosterone breaks down or aromatises to eostrogen and can cause men to grow boobies. Nolvadex (like tamoxafen) is an anti eostrogen drug which is taken orally and it works by blocking your eostrogen receptors in your synapse. the test will still aromatise but the oestregen will have nowhere to go so you will eventually piss is out. It is a good idea to at least have access to some bro just incase you are prone to growing boobies. Look out for signs like itchy nipples or even liquid coming out of them when you squeeze them. also try typing gynocomastia into an internet search engine, the pictures are shocking enough to get you buying some nolvadex.
