    Contest day strategies?

Post your (bodybuilding) contest day strategies for ultimate skin condition and subcutaneous water removal.

I heard of epsom salt baths
I've tried (rather effectively i mite add) preparation H while tanning AND backstage minutes before going onstage.. that worked well

What do YOU guys do?What works for you?

Preparation H is like the best thing imo. You can use it starting 24-36 hours before and just keep reapplying it and the water flys off. Works wonders on the lower abs!

Try Thiomucase instead of Prep H.

    It's far more potent!

Thanks swole..Couldn't get the Thiomucase here this close to contest.

p.s. Swole, the contest was saturday.. I took 2nd in the middleweights (despite being the lightest man in that class)

Used prep H and the epsom salts bath along with my usual water depletion.I was so dry that it took two cokes and 5 bottles of water for me to get 75 ml of urine (the minimum value needed) for the drug testing after the contest
