Anybody here incorporate prosciutto in their diet? I can't get enough imported prosciutto.
Problem is I can't seem to find any nutrition facts but it appears that it would make for a decent pro/fat meal. Any input?

dammit dally now i have a horrible urge to eat it right now. Well besides the sodium if i was to eat it on its own, say a 1/2 lb for a pro/fat meal would that suffice?
btw, now that we are on the topic can someone give me a short answer as to why sodium is not good for you? I understand it raises bp, but why?
whoooaaaa ther mother fvckers i thought i was the only real italian on this board, guess i was wrong., ya bros go down to arthur ave in NY, they have the BEST imported foods.... btw prosciutto is horrible for you, its all sodium and trans fat!
Absolutely terrible for a healthy choice in food, however, it sure does taste **** good.
its good, but too salty for me. i have no problem in my diet with sodium as i'm not much of a salt person. fvck i'd rather have 2 8oz cheeseburgers very rare with bacon more than almost anything>
