Im back after 3 weeks of vacation...and im ready for action

Just wanted to say Hello to all. I just got back from italy and im ready for action. Im starting my training up again on monday because i need to do some shopping to fill the fridge with the eggwhites and chickhen. Vacation was nice but i put on a little fat around the waist which im gonna take care when i start up again. But anyways just wanted to say whats up and whats new.

i went to Calabria and the beaches and bitche$ were hot. One thing i noticed about Italy was the girls are either a$$ ugly or the hottest things youve ever seen.
