is hcg worth doing on a 500test/300deca 11 week cycle, if so how much, how often and which weeks?

It depends on from prior experiance did you see a lot of atrophy durring the cycle. Deca can be hard so it wouldn't be a bad idea, but if you have the normal atrophy associated with shut down then no you should wait and use it with longer and harder cycles.

my balls havnt really gotten that small, some people on here say theirs are like jelly beans but mine have probably only gone 1/2 size (so theyre still about a metre wide) haha.
