    Vitamin B12 and the Injections

    i read somewhere that vitamin b12 decreases the injection pain from the needle, is this true?

    I havent heard this, however, Iv'e been taking B-12 lately and the shots dont hurt at all. The B-12 goes in smooth, it might provide a nice lube for the needle.

    do u think b12 capsules would have the same effects? if the pain theory is true?
