i just wanted to say hey to everyone. March was the last time i was on the board...just before my shoulder reconstruction. it's been a long, frustrating summer and i'm ready to go again. too bad i have to get the other one done in december. anyway...hey to everyone! RON, how's your GAA?

it's finally good to go. i was a little optimistic i think. i guess it takes a while when they cut bone. like i said though, i need to have the same procedure on my right one in december. it's gonna kill my training and my hockey
