the last 2 months havent been the greatest, ive maintained stregth and size but nto made much progress, because ive been sick and had too take a total of 3 weeks off out of the last 7, anyway heres a pic, for those who have seen my pics before, i always took them right after a work out, this one isint so i dont have a big pump or anything. since my last pics ive brought up my shoulders and chest alot i think,(started getting stretch marks on my front delts) although im not sure if these pics will show.

arms -18"
legs dunno, havent been able too work them for 2 months, havent really lost any size tho, probably still sitting around 28"
chest -48"
waist im not sure, im a naturally thick guy, when i was 165(when i started) i sitll had a 34 inch waiste, i wear size 38 pants, but thats mostly to make room for my lower body
