Why does TEST need to be run higher than Deca-Duroblin?

I'm into my 4th week of 400mg Deca/ 300mg Test Ean (fri deca shot, mon test) ...i've gained 7lbs in the 3 weeks, 38 yrs old 192lbs (FEEL GREAT!)
Nova on hand but won't start that until next week. Have clomid for PCT.
I have plenty of gear so i change this cycle, but not sure why I should.
ganna sound crazy but I've passed out giving blood and now injecting myself twice a week, and can't wait till tonight. (my 1st cycle)

because after a couple more weeks you hypo-testicilar axis will be completly shut down. therefore your body will no longer produce its own testosterone . without the artificial testosterone higher than the other compounds you may not be able to achieve or keep an erection.

does this happen to everyone?
my source told me it was fine to up the Deca/ he only cycles this way.
he said that the Deca/Test combo effects people different. Not looking for a debate but I guess I'll find out sooner or later...
