clean up the diet... less fat and sugar, dont eat carbs/fats together.

How much water do you drink. try 1 1/2 - 2 gal/day. That works for me. how about cardio? Keep the sodium low of course...your ani-e's are fine. The only quick fix would be a diuretic, and that still might not do the trick. What's your BF %.
Like everything else related to bodybuilding, CONSISTANT diet and water increase will do the trick

i use proviron and it works great for me. i use 50-75mg/day..depending on what my cycle looks like. if i use deca or go over 750mg/wk of test i go to 75mg/day.that might be high, but it works better at that dosage. also, sodium is a KILLER for me. lay off processed and prepared foods and ditch the sugar too and you'll see a difference very quickly. drink enough water too
