Test flu and antibiotics

Hello all , i am in just going into week 7 of a cycle of 500mg test enanthate and have begun stacking it with 50mg ed of stanazol . Anyway i got the test flu at week 2 which was just a dry cough and sore throat . It only lasted a week but has come back again this week and i have lost my voice as well .
I am considering getting some antibiotics and was wondering if they will have any bad interactions with the gear ??

if its test flu antibiotics wont help because your not really sick. your body is just reacting to the test.

i am coughing up yellow and green flem , is this still test flu ?
