Trying to find old post

I'm not sure if this is the right board to be asking this but I was searching some stuff a while back and found a post with some pictures of a guy with the largest arms in the world. I'm pretty sure this post was under steroid questions but I’m not really sure it has been awhile since I saw it. I tried searching for it again but I cannot find it. The guy was injecting synol or something like that directly into his bicep. I wanted to show my friends that post but now I cant find it for shit. Anybody know what I’m talking about?

Hell no, I would never do something like that. That shit is disgusting. I was just trying to describe it to my friend but there is no way to really describe something like that, you just have to see it.
