    just to let you guys know I bought trib from a ebay supplier and hes selling 1 lb bags for 12 bucks. yeah about 1000-or 2000 capsules worth.

    Plus $5.95 shipping, sounds pretty good. So you just purchase the capsules and fill them yourself? What size capsules?

    Do you have any idea of how standardized the trib is? Like what percent of it is saponins?
