Should I combine Enthanate and Deca into one shot twice a week? Or is one shot of Enthanate 500mg on monday and one shot of deca 400mg on thursday good enough. I know it is probably better to split them up, but this way it is so much easier. Anybody tried taking them each on their own once a week???

Split up the test and deca in 1 needle, 250mg of the enanthate, and 200mg of the deca. Do this every 3.5 days.

i agree with maraxus.
shoot 200mg of deca and 250mg of test enan mixed together twice per week.

i co-sign that also, keep the blood levels consistant 2x a week.
