ive got one 10 ml bottle of 300mg/ml deca and enough test e for 500mg a week for 12 weeks. is 300mg a week for 10 weeks of deca enough. also im going to run nolva throughout. is this a good first cycle and do i need arimidex or l-dex also.

300mg a week for 10 weeks is good. However make sure you account for wasted juice that gets stuck in the pin, your 10ml vial will only last 9 weeks at 300mg a week, unless it is overfilled.
