Alright guys I've gained 15 pounds in the last 3 weeks and im thinking ALOT of it is fat. I havent increased in strength at all, in fact this week my bench press was 5 pounds lighter than what it was originally. Im not really sure what im doing wrong Im currently eating 3,500 calories, how many cals should I cut?
Alright secondly the main prority for me is to increase my arm size. Im a huge guy at 220 currently, with really BIG legs and a really broad bone structure, it just looks like I have anorexic arms. I dont really have much strength throughout my body, even in my legs(i can only squat 150) and of course it would be nice gain some strength. But mainly im looking at getting my arms in porportion with my body. Should I just take my legs out period and work my arms out more, or what should I do. My arms just dont wanna grow and my body doesnt want to increase in strength at all. I know its only been 3 weeks that ive been on this new diet, but I was working out before eating plenty but not eating right which got me fat...like its doing now again, at least I think anyways.
