I thought alot of guys on here said the advantage to test e and other single ester tests is that you can inject once a week, now your saying you havw to inject twice a week....
Well want kinda test can be done once a week thrn?

Yea twice a week is better because it keeps your test levels more stable because of the half life twice a week is better than doing it all at once

it's ok to inject one a week.
it's just BETTER to inject every 3.5 days
the half life of test e is 10.5 days, so....
one week=7days half week=3.5days
7 + 3.5 = 10.5
in other words it keeps your blood levels more constant so sides are minimal.
i've done both ways and there is not that big of a difference. i got a little acne.
i prefer 2x per week though.

Taken the theory that you just wrote if you injected on monday then 4 days later would be friday so where do you get once a week?

When your levels fluctuate you tend to get more sides thats why you want to keep them steady

yea blood level problems is what i figured, no problem going twice a week, just gonna half to buy more darts, and the web site on here is down for some reason

well every few weeks that would happen...but if you add 4 and 4 you get 8 and there's only 7 days in a week... that's all i meant
