Thanks everyone. I certainly was not born like this. 10 1/2 years ago at age 18 I began to train consistently. I was a chunky kid all my youth. From an early age I wanted nothing more than to be lean and muscular. (Wish I put that much effort in making money) I got into fitness modeling which kept me away from competitive bodybuilding, thank god. In those pics I was about 190, I'm 5'10.'' I haven't had a reason to peak lately so I've been maintaining about 205-210 8-10%bf.Originally Posted by Bound for Muscle

Exellent job!
How many cycles have you done, over how many years?

I have found that taking minimal AAS with a tight CV & diet regimen + the proper anti-e's, will result in much better overall physique not to mention, it's much healthier.
It's so great to hear more and more people say this (highlighted above). Too many people think they should just inject a lot of steroids and hope for the best. I advocate using lower-doses and perfected diets. If people would spend more time correcting their diets, then they'd be far bigger.Originally Posted by K bolic
