good point...and post count doesn't always = superior knowledge.
the good thing about having a forum this large is that, most times, you'd hope that the vets, members who know what they're talking about, etc...would step in and correct the mis-info as it happens...but it's hard to keep up with at times.
it comes down to personal responsibility...don't just go off of what one person says. learn why you're doing something, and take full responsibility for it, before you do it. whether it has to do with diet, workouts, or AS.
