i dont kno if im suposed to post this on tha power lifting forum or if i can on here (i saw only one person was looking at tha powerlifting forum) but for my bench work out... 8 sets of flat bench, 4 sets of incline, 4 sets flat bench machine, 4 sets dumb bell bench, 4 sets of flies
that too much for one work out or is that fine? i jus started my cycle so i wanna get as much out of it as possible

. And I think you're overdoing it yeah. Drop one exercise...alternate the exercises from week to week.
