Hey guys Just wanted to post results of my first ANBC show.....placed 4th in both Men's Mid and Novice and Won Novice best Poser. Not too bad for my first show....I will definitely post some pix in the forum when i feel like downloading them. Next week is INBF Monster Mash in Putnam, CT. I'm competing Junior Open and Men's Open Mid wish me luck and I'll post results.

No Sh!t brotha...i gotta say though..the adrenaline rush of hearing that audience during my Crab Most Muscular Pose and having my Family in tears made 12 weeks of dieting worth it....as well as the Sex on sunday
