Ab Injection Sites

i saw this somewhere but can't remember where,
injection sites in the abs for hcg, hgh,etc... it had the abs, quads in sections for the shots.

can anyone help me out?

Do you mean where do you shoot hcg, gh etc. subq?
If so your not actually shooting into the muscle..You pinch some fat and shoot if that's what your asking.

I dont know the site you are reffering to but I know you shoot hgh into your abdomen. YOu pinch a little fat and shoot it with an insulin needle.

Actually you can inject hgh anywhere you want to spot reduce. It took me a while to get used to injecting with my left hand so I could pinch my left love handle with my right hand (try it you can't do it the other way around)...

Under the belly button it the only place I do not inject hgh. I do inject on both sides, but not under.

just do a search for insulin sub q injections and u can find a map of sub q sites. u can use the arm back abdomen leg there are many sub q sites just make sure u do them right.
