ECA info please

What is a good dosage of ECA? I've read 20mgs of Effedrine, 200mgs of caffine but how much asperin? Taking this stack 3 times a day till the effects start to fade then you take 50mgs of Benadryl for a week before bed, is that while you're doing the ECA?

Do the dosages look good or do are they too low?

Forget the asperin.......use 5 mg of yohombine. ECY

With an ECA stack you should run 25mg Effedrine, 200mgs of caffine, aspirin 300mg. But you can only buy 325 in canada reg aspirin. I take one first thing in the morning and the other befor i work out. Dont take it for to long cause you will get use to it. Ill use it in a bulk cycle just befor i go to the gym and train hardcore.

it depends on your personal tolerance bro every one is different whats on the bottle is just a guide by what they think the max safe dose should be
