That's a really good article. I was suprised to read that women require a higher dose than men to acheive the same results.
Yes it was very good info. I like how he states "The US govt is more concerned with athletes cheating than keeping people out of nursing homes"! Its so true though! I have read that about females needing more HGH than men to get the desired effects but haven't seen the information in detail about the interaction with Estrogen.
I have studied this a lot....and from what I have learned: females need LESS hgh since we have so many other hormones at play...especially if HGH is combined with BHRT
while it is true that HGH yields better fat burning results for men more than women, according to Dr. Uzzi Reiss , he still recommends lower doses for women...
Plus.... Dr Theirry Hertoghe, longtime anti-aging hgh doctor, recommends lower doses for women....
(and I bet (IMO) a big reason for this is to prevent horrible bloating! hence staying at a lower dose.)

here is the excerpt from LEF OP was referring to...
"HGH requires a somewhat larger dose in women to achieve the same effectiveness as in men. Exactly why this is true is not well understood. It is known that taking oral estrogen cuts the effectiveness of HGH in half as compared with transdermal estrogen. Women taking oral estrogen should consider switching to patches or gels. On the other hand, supplementary estradiol (a common natural estrogen) is known to greatly enhance the natural release of HGH, as well as the release of HGH in response to pharmaceutical HGH releasers such as GHRP-2 and hexarelin"
What is a recommended starting dose for a male, like what dose do most beginners use
re: TIMES ROMAN: so---we agree actually....thanks...I actually did read this part from LEF OP plus I already had this article bookmarked...just wanted to make sure that it was clear that women should not try a higher dose...that's all....because I feel a lot of women are lurking over the shoulders of many men here and I did not want any misunderstanding which could lead to a female taking a higher dose than her BB/anti-aging male friend...all in the name of needing a higher dose....so thanks!
I'm somewhat of a novice... I have done two cycles
my next one is teste, deca and dbol, I keep reading about the HGH, and my guy can now get it....can it be ran at really low doses safely for cutting purposes or is standard gear just as effiecent for less money...This cycle is going to 16 weeks....but most I have read stats that people run HGH for six months, so is that just entirely by itself or are they running a maintance dose of test
2iu spaced out in what time frame everyday?
^^^^ 2 units ED....early AM pin preferred to blunt cortisol...no eating for an hour especially carbs...
oh ok thanks always good to learn....still not sure if the money wieghs out the benefits...do you have to be on cycle to run HGH or can it be used stand alone....Thanks SlimmerMe
either way, the article seems to be ambigous on reread.
If I were to just take a stab at it, I would guess women need less IU than men, but that is from a very naive position that the dose is based on a per pound basis.
So you take test AND HGH?
My understanding is that women need a higher dosage for the positive effects, but can be affected by the negative ones at a lower dosage. The reason for building up to a higher dose and not starting high.
The standard GH blood concentration for men and women, based on age, is about on par with each other. I wouldn't be surprised if women require as much HGH as men.
Good article .
Just reaffirms reason I want to use HGH .
