Suppose I was on a bulking phase and money was a bit of a problem. Would it be any goot to buy in a sh1t load of long grain rice and use that to make up more meals?
I mean just cook a load of it and add flavourings and that sort of stuff ?

Rice is a good source of carbs for bulking or even dieting. Brown rice is the preferred for most.
Thats what I thought. Any1 got any ideas for what to do woth the stuff thought? I can exactly eat it alone
pasta is good too bro and cheap.
