hey guys I am going to do 500 mg/wk along with Deca 400mg/wk plus EQ 500mg/wk. I am planning on doing .25mg of ldex a day. Should I do more

oh duh! (I hate when I don't post everything) I forgot to say that I am actually planning on doing 20 mg a day(for safety) I have never done this any compounds before( I am also frontloaded the first 4 wks with 100mg/day prop.0

I dont think you need to run 20 mgs a day of nolva, unless your prone to gyno 10 mgs is fine
