Oh Im not trying to say that I have never lifted before now, I have lifted on and off for 2-3 years, I just havn;t been lifting nor eating properly. I probrally dont now but its a hell of a lot better than what i was doing.
Should I cut cardio completly If i am trying to put on some lean mass? Also if i am trying to put on mass in my chest ( i think is one of my big weak points ) should I be doing Heavy, low reps accross the board with my exercizes? I know this should go in a differnt section, but im just seein if ill get any answers here. Big Poppa Pump you look like you have a diesel chest and so do you bask8kase... any tips?
