Actually, and I'm not jumping on the band wagon, I also like chest followed closely by tri-ceps. Nothing better than a massive tri-cep pump with short sleeves.

My computer is 6 feet from my desk (I work out of my home). So I log on in the morning and leave it on all day. Truth be told PA, I've really got to put more emphasis on my work and less on the board....it's just so damn addictive!!!

How about upper chest.. Then legs, quads specificaly.
arms. i train bi's and tri's together in superset fashion, so the pump is awesome.
I also superset my bis and tris ex barbell curls w french press!

My favorite is Back ... ive always loved doing back ...
Start off with the dorian rows and then deadlifts the when i come too , i do some chins and maybe some T-Bar or One arm rows then off to do rear delts.
