on the B12 injectible vial it sais keep out of light!! for people who have used it before, will it destroy the efectiveness if u took it out in regulat room lighting just to fill the syringe??

how else would you fill your syringe, in a photo dark room? no it wont destroy its efectiveness. as long as you dont leave it in the sun. keep in a cool dark place such as a cabinet, you will be fine.
