I am just reading an article and it says : "Use Testosterone when body fat is on the lower side , not high. using test during time when bf is high means less ability to utilize the drug for mass building.it settles in your fat and remains active .... "
My question is : What is low BF you need to be before a test cylce ?( 10,9,8,7,6 .... ?)
What is the best BF before cycling below 10 ?
