    BF before Cylce !!

    I am just reading an article and it says : "Use Testosterone when body fat is on the lower side , not high. using test during time when bf is high means less ability to utilize the drug for mass building.it settles in your fat and remains active .... "


    My question is : What is low BF you need to be before a test cylce ?( 10,9,8,7,6 .... ?)
    What is the best BF before cycling below 10 ?

    You should have low BF levels because adipose tissue/fat cells are the major producers of the aromatase enzyme. When you have an increase in aromatase enzyme, there is also a direct increase in the amount of testosterone converted to estrogen.
    I would say 12% or less is ideal.

    Not really. But the leaner, the better. Unless you are going into an all out mass cycle.

    so, r u guys saying that I shouldn't start a cuttting cycle right now as I am @ 22 % bf: I know that it high but that is what I wanted to do-PUT on the WEIGHT, and now I am wanting to shed it off by middle of March or so: what do u think?

    I started my cycle at 19%, have gained 20 pounds in my 1st three weeks, but do wich I would have started a at lower levels since my abs are beginning to disappear, so id say 15% or less.

    well, the good thing is is that I only need to focus right now on getting down 7-10 % from 22 % right? If this is so, then I will have to lose 14-20lbs, right?

    lose the weight first I would get to the body fat you would like to be first then after the cycle you shouldn't have to cut much and worry about losing your hard earned gains go into your cycle in great shape looking good it will make for a great cycle

    crunchnpunch, should I take the steroids that I have in order to get ripped? Or should I just order some t3/clen combo off of the arr site(and do u think that this stuff is any goood?)

    Steroids wont get you ripped diet & cardio will wait if you do a cycle now you will be stronger with more size but still fat you wont be happy with the way you look. As for arr products i have know clue. I have done clen and didn't like it bad cramping i will stick with my eca stack as for the t3/clen that is up to you i have found nothing beats hard work though. I would do more research on t3 and clen i dont know much about them so i cant help their

    You can drop to 10 or 12% with just diet, cardio and maybe some ECA. That way you can save your money for more goodies later.

    man, I would love to see those results, but what kinds of cardio and how much? 5 days a week, etc???

    do 3-4 days a week in the morning on an empty stomach at 65% of ur max heart rate. for 45-60min. u need to get a good diet goin as well.

    clen and t3 from ar-r are good stuff, the cramping from clen can b fixed by taking taurine and potassium pills.

    i would lose weight by doin cardio and a good diet b4 anything tho.

    winny wont help you just hold less water with it then test but it does nothing to help you get cut if your not cut already

    Bro i do know what i am talking about if you have 22% bf winny will not make you cut up if you are lean yea winny will give you solid gains and make you look more cut with diet and work so will test building more muscle burns fat you just hold more water with test so winny will show your gains more if your lean. I you are not eating clean and you have a lot of fat winny wont do anymore then test to cut you up so dont tell me i dont know what i am talking about it does make sense if you know how to read so you shouldn't question people if you don't know what your talking about juiceinthehood

    bro, I',m not gonna lie. I'm kind of confused right now. do I need to just take eca stacks until I reach around 10 % FIRST< THEN start my cycle of prop,eq,winnie,nolva,etc? Or what? help LOL!!!

    the only thing that will actually burn fat other than diet and cardio is:clen,gh,t3,dnp,tren.

    but at 22% bf u need diet and cardio not drugs

    juice, that is what I thought as well. I thought that the winnie would help me get to the single digits, then I could do a good cycle after that right?

    winny will harden muscles not help you cut

    bro if your muscles get hard and dense then u will cut up if ur muscles get hard ur skin gets tighter thus making u cut

    you can have wicked abs but cant see them unless bf is low.

    well, I really know that I have somework to do. hopefully I can stay motivated by u guys to do it. can I get everybodies opinion on how long they think it will take to get down to around 10-12% bf (in weeks?)
