Considering Slin w/ cycle but new to slin...

I understand Slin is deadly if not used right. Can someone give me the basics for using it and what are the benefits of using Slin. I'm 31 on my 2nd cycle of Test E and Prop. 5'8 210 w/ a fairly low BF.
