Just curious how may times a week do you eat each one of these? Mine is like this: Chicken 3 x a week, steak 2 x, fish 2 x, just wanted to see how some of you guys run it, bulking or cutting...

Chicken/red meat daily.
Not a fan of fish. (Salmon is good though)

Same as SC...I'm cutting...I have two whey shakes, one beef meal and all of the other meals are chicken...
Chicken and red meat daily. The only fish I really eat is salmon about 2x a week just cause my friend steals huge salmon fillets for me off of his fish truck at work, lol.
tuna 2-3 times a day, beef and chicken once a day, and then 2 meals are whey. . and i like to go to applebees once a week for some salmon. why does it have to come with rice?!??

Each day :tuna 2 cans ,chicken once ,red meat once
well, im bulking right now, so red meat everyday..chicken occasionally. When cutting i wont eat chicken or red meat...only fish, egg whites, and protein powder
