hey bro. I am about your same stats I am 6'1" 215lbs and 16% BF and I am Cutting. I drink between 1.5-2.5 gal. a day.
im cutting and i drink about 1 - 1.5 gal. a day.
1 gallon should be sufficient.
i try to get about 2 gallons
it really doesn't matter what you are doing-minus contest prep.- shoot for 1-1.5 gal. a day. I have drank up to 3 in a day, but I found I had severe champs in my legs at night from that much water without supplementing Potassium. Just my .02
your body weight divided by 2 in ounces
just pound 1.5 gallons and you should be fine.
Why does your body need more water when your working out/post workout?
