Just wondering what most of you have before you go to bed? Do you go to bed empty stomach or have something prior to bed time? I am thinking some slow releasing protein (WPC), and maybe some fish oil. Sound good?

Yeah...low fat cottage cheese is good. The casein makes it digest slowly so you fight off catabolism for longer.
I eat a can of tuna, straight out of the can, it is good for you but bad for the love life. LOL![]()

I was just told to eat the nonfat kind when starting off my diet and have stuck to it. I thought that the fat in it were not EFA which is what you need. The natty peanut butter has healthy fats..ionno that is pretty much my thinking behind it..please correct me if im wrongOriginally Posted by dalcowbag

Whatever it is, it's pro/fat only.
