    AR Site Ordering Mechanism

    I've been trying to order from the site all morning but the site says it can't authorize my credit card because it doesn't recognize the "MerchantID." Anyone else having this problem? They use a system called VolPay that acts as a middleman between AR and the credit card company. Perhaps the VolPay system is down?

    Maybe. Are you using a credit card or a debit card? That makes a difference.

    I had the same thing happen. Wish I could have ordered my stuff from AR it would have been there by now
