2oz of tuna and an apple is a whopping 150kcals or so. Thats not maintenance bro thats starvation!! I couldnt imagine only eating 2oz of tuna. One can has 5oz of tuna and I'm still a hungry bastard after that. Eat like a man!!Originally Posted by Aggression

As well, an apple is fructose, so if you are looking to carbs for energy/blood glucose/muscle glycogen, you want to pick something else.
