I forgot to tell you guys, started my cycle monday!!! And giving myself the injections are absolute cake. I couldn't believe how little pain there was, and when I say little, I mean absolutely none! Next day soreness, but who cared!!! Yahoooooooo

Hell yeah bro. Fist one, and I'm gonna take weekly pics. Not sure if I'll see weekly results, but I'll put um up anyways. I had AC/DC slammin' while I gave myself my fist injection. Oh, it was great!!

i always have some one else shoot me in the glute i cant reach around for the life of me ,i have a hard ass time hitting the delt too,my bi and chest get in the way but thes always the quad ad thigh!
