Ketotifen / benadryl

Ketotifen is the antihistamine in superclen. Does benadryl have the same action of ketotifen? I am going to run benadryl every third week 25mg everynight for each of those weeks. Who has had actual experience doing this protocol?

I havent tried yet but if hooker reads this I would like to know since I take clarinex which is an antihist would it would the same? Or should I take benadryl anyways ?

hooker you only have one reputation point? To get back to the subject at hand, some users of this technique will have no sides to clen while hitting the benadryl regimine, others however it may increase sides(ala hooker).

i would go with benadryl -- keto kicks my ass for days at only .5mg. I feel so tired the next day I cant workout.
