Ive never posted any pictures on here before.i only have this 1 back picture.i lol. i know it sucks i will post more.im 5'8 175lbs....my body fat i dont know ..i venture around 10??i dunno though...this is pre m1t/4ad cycle so will see how it goes...all the critism would be great
