How should I tweak this?

Sustanon wk 1-10 @ 250mg once a week
Equipoise wk 2-8 @ 400mg once a week
Anavar wk 6-10 @ 25mg ED

Clomid and Nolvadex pct as well...
I also have a bottle of QV Deca 300... is there any benefit of switching equipoise with the deca... Im "hoping" the equipoise will give me less water retention. Your guys thoughts?

sust needs to be shot EOD to keep blood levels stable and get the maximun effectiveness

EQ needs to be run 12 weeks minimum and it is a weak anabolic so at 200mg a week you might not see any results at all

var needs to be run for 6-8 weeks at 40-60mg ED

Yes Eq will give you less bloat then deca, personally i like EQ bett then deca (makes you look leaner0

If I were to shoot Sust twice a week but keeping it @ 250mg per week
and jumping the EQ to 400mg a week
I was thinking the var for a short time because I've heard it helps the body recover a bit and being natural levels back, I've heard its good to taper back...

Yes you can up the EQ to 400mg a week and keep the sust at 250. Many people on this board will disagree with this, but the only side effect of this could lead to "deca dick" in this case EQ dick, but this probably wont happen since it is relatively weak. Also dont taper anything. and i forgot to say, run the var 3 weeks past the sust and Eq then start pct 1 day after last anavar is taken. also var wont help bring back natural test levels, it will only shut them down more.

Yeah man sounds good start the pct 18 days after last sust jab, just id run my test at higher levels than the eq.....

If you do sustanon 2X a week you are losing out on some of your gear. LIke what was stated before sust needs to be shot ED or EOD. Do yourself a favor and go get some Test E or some CYP. Much better. All Sust is a fancy looking test. It just has alot of esters. With the mulitple esters comes multiple injectioins. So unlesss you want to poke yourself ED or EOD go get something else cuz you are wasting gear if you dont.

I would drop the Sust and pick up some Test E or some CYP. Sust is more expsensive and if you are to shoot it only 2X a week you are wasting some of the gear cuz it has some fast acting esters.

Also only take the Nolva if signs of gyno show up. No need to take 10mgED unless need be cuz it does hinder gains somewhat. Especially at such a low dose of test you will be fine.

Nothing wrong with the sust but to take advantage of the four diff esters you should front load it with prop for a couple weeks until the esters can start taking their effect. After the first couple weeks the levels can carry themselves. I would also agree with stout to avoid the nolva until needed...
